Synergix - Content Marketing Role (3-5 yrs)
Content Marketing Executive (handling public relations, content creation, and digital marketing)
Job Purpose :
Responsible for a large portion of the business's online presence. Should be focused on social media or website development for the branding of the business. Should have the ability to manage a content management system. To assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of the company's as well as clients- online marketing efforts along with promoting the business through digital channels and social media
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Identify trends and insights
2. Manage the organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
3. Optimize content on the website and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, etc.
4. Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
5. Track the website traffic flow
6. Measure and assess goals vis-- -vis ROI
7. Conduct device experiments and conversion tests
8. Provide internal reports on a regular basis
9. Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
10. Coordinating with various stakeholder to acquire articles, blogs, posts and thereafter curating and designing of the company's as well as clients- posts, news articles, magazines, etc.
11. Monitoring and regulating any negative posts/publicity/news across the various social media platforms for the company as well as clients-
Experience: 3- 5 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
Qualification: Graduate degree in digital marketing, mass media, or equivalent\
Preferred Qualification: MBA in marketing or digital marketing
Skills :
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software, e.g., Adobe, Flash, etc.
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Experience executing paid/targeted social media campaigns with a focused benchmark/outreach/output
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Incredible attention to detail
- Full understanding of the major social media platforms
- Problem solving skills
COMPETENCIES :
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad Word campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
