- Meeting sales targets of the organization through effective planning, marketing and branding


- Speaking to customers on their requirements and regular follow up with them to maintain connectivity.

- Regularly updating coaches/agents on Kiehberg Offers and keeping them updated about their orders.

- Map potential customers through cold calling and generate leads for the organization.

- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.

- Monitor competition and industry trends through multiple tools like Import Data, coaches and customers feedback and online portals.

- Handling customer queries via call and email.

- Handing price and product queries, sending Invoices and follow up with customers (from sending invoices till dispatch) of On Field Sales Executives.

Order Processing :

- Taking orders and sending Proforma Invoice with technical specifications to customers via mail.

- Payment confirmation to customers via mail and call.

- Sending End User Certificate and follow up for documents in applying Export Permit.

- Sending DGCA form to customer.

- Verifying the documents for applying DGCA.

- Guiding customer in custom clearance.

- Supervising and assisting Team while disperse of goods/ during dispatches.

Marketing/Events Related Works :

- Forecasting Monthly Sales via Sales Plan

- Planning Newsletters to be floated and arranging the same via regular coordination with Web Designer

- Assisting SIIL Team during Nationals and other Shooting Events.

- Attending National Events and meeting Coaches as and when required.

- Strategies to be planned for clearing stocks and brand promotion.

- Costing on prices products for approvals on discounts and brand promotions as and when required
