Industry: Printing Niche Products /RFID Labels Tags Manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling Sales enquiries.

2. Order Processing, Confirmation, Tracking and Dispatch.

3. Handling customer queries and end to end Customer Service.

4. Monitoring Product and Service Performance.

5. Collecting and collating data for database to be used as a Decision Support System, web-based market research, product research.

6. Payment Confirmation and follow up from Customer.

6. Mail campaigns (E-mail, physical mailers, telecom).

7. Coordinating on Emails External & Internal both.

Candidate Profile:

1. Excellent Communication, written & verbal (both).

2. Interpersonal & Presentation skills.

3. Enthusiastic, Good at Multitasking and Result Oriented.

4. Possess excellent database and Internet research capabilities.

5. Attention to deadline & details; can work under pressure.
