Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for doing Online Research and Surveys on the products.
- Gathering market / customer information, Collecting and collating data for database to be used as a Decision Support System - web-based market research, product research.
- Social Media Marketing.
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social Ad campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, forums, blogs, etc.
- Create, Curate, & Manage all published content (images, video and written).
- Mail campaigns (E-mail, physical mailers, telecom- s).
- Organizing Events & related Marketing activities.
- Monitoring Product and Service Performance.
- Maintaining and updating of customer data base on respective sheets, CRM Software & ERP.
- Submitting MIS Reports to the management.
Education Qualification: Any Graduate
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must be versatile enough to write across a wide range of topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Should be capable of managing brands on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, forums, blogs, etc.
- Out of the box thinker.
Freshers with digital marketing training may also apply.
