Syndicate Group - Senior Manager - Sales - RFID (6-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. B2B Sales of RFID Products. Work with Marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation.
2. Collaborating with Channel Partners and Information Technology Companies partnering with them for their Projects and convincing them to use SIVA's RFID Tags.
3. Collaborate with management to create Strategy ensuring its implementation. Carry out sales promotion activities. Meeting pre-determined Sales revenue goals.
4. Hire, Train sales team members observe and coach them to ensure success. Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
5. Submission of MIS Reports to management on a regular basis.
6. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with key customers for RFID products, key accounts management, client retention and price negotiations etc.
7. Participating in trade fairs / exhibitions and networking with clients, as and when needed.
