SyncEzy - Lead - Digital Marketing (7-10 yrs)

- We are growing by leaps and bounds and need a Digital Marketing Lead to take our marketing message out and bring in new leads for the sales team. The role will be reporting to the CEO, and you will be leading the marketing team.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Strong Lead Gen focused background with hands-on B2B marketing experience in the software industry.
- Conceptualize, build, execute, and measure marketing initiatives end-to-end. Specifically: Targeted email campaigns, Organic SEO, Partner marketplaces, Paid Adwords campaigns, bulk email campaigns, and drip feed email campaigns.
- Work with freelancers, internal staff, and external agencies to create quality content, demo videos, explainer videos, tour pages, and email autoresponder series.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a marketing strategy for our global markets ( Primarily the US, UK, AUS & some others).
- Develop strong product and industry understanding to implement marketing strategy appropriate for the brand, business, and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for growth and create a customer acquisition conversion rate optimization strategy.
- Liaison with the Sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase prospects and advance new opportunities.
- Prepare regular marketing reports & analyses with the use of various analytical tools.
- Use analytics data from tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, and sales data and get insights to drive future investments and campaigns.
- Take overall responsibility for the entire SyncEzy website, Social media pages, and company profiles in review tools.
Requirements :
- Post Graduate degree in marketing or software engineering.
- 7+ years in a marketing role with B2B experience; construction and Trade industries experience will be highly regarded along with Software.
- Experienced in the use of tools such as CRMs (Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc), Prospecting (Hunter.io, SERP tools )& Martech (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp), Email, WordPress, other marketing tools such as Canva, SEO tools and more.
- Proven experience in leading Marketing teams, developing and delivering marketing & communications for software businesses, and delivering on strategies while having the ability to be agile.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail, typos & grammar.
- An organized, analytical self-starter; comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and deadlines.
