What is the work?
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and identify target audiences, goals, and KPIs for measuring success.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written). Optimize content with relevant keywords and hashtags for maximum reach.
- Effectively communicate the intended message to the design team.
- Handle all the social media accounts effectively and also handles personal LinkedIn accounts too as a social media account manager.
- Upload and schedule content according to a predetermined schedule.
- Manage news and information across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Increase follower count and post reach through strategic posting and engagement.
- Strong SEO fundamentals and should be expert in both On-Page & Off-Page Optimization.
- Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings.
- Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Strong knowledge of Backlink analysis and implementing Link Building strategy.
- Up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, google algorithms, google core updates, SEO best practices.
- Collaborating closely with other teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and co-optimization efforts.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Minimum 3-4 years of digital marketing (SMO+SEO) experience, preferably in the IT Industry.
- Expertise in increasing the social media follower base primarily from international locations like USA, UK, Australia & Canada.
- Expertise in using major social media tools namely Buffer, Hootsuite, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Google tools namely Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Trends, etc.
- Proficient in using SEO tools namely Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Expertise in paid ads on major social media platforms is a big plus.
- Expertise in using prominent AI Tools for curating content, social media and SEO.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and client management skills.
- Basic design and video understanding to ensure creative output aligns with marketing strategy.
- Should have experience of working for Indian based IT company and digitally market/rank it in USA.
