Must haves :
- For international sales only : The person needs to have experience primarily in international sales.
- The individual need to have good communication skills and has to have good understanding of technology terminologies and trends.
- The individual will be required to interact with client, do assessment of incoming enquires, coordinate with technical managers on getting enquires estimated, create formal proposal for project and interact effectively with prospective clients over email, phone and instant messengers.
- The person should have worked previously on online marketplaces such as Elance, Guru, Odesk, etc.
- Communication : has to be atleast 7/10
- Tech knowhow : has to be atleast 5/10
Nice to have but not mandatory : Lead generation experience.
Not Looking For : People with mostly domestic and very less international sales exposure.
Also, not looking for Person selling products.
