Location : Hyderabad.

Job Description :

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

- Ability to write easily understandable online help documents, manuals, references, release notes, instructions and developer guides

- Create tutorials to help end-users to use company's products and applications

- Release the document following final approval

- Create and deliver powerful presentations and products demos

- Conduct products training

- Take ownership of the work and complete time-bound projects, applying personal expertise substantiated by the company's principles and client's requirement.

Requirements:

- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation

- Good Experience on JavaScript or any other programming languages is must

- Need to have good debugging skills to resolve issues in the scripts

- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and video editing software

- Good knowledge on screen capturing and editing tools

- Light to medium programming

- Knowledge of SAP ERP transactions

- Ability to write content that is clear, concise, and grammatically correct by using appropriate standards and writing styles.

- Experience in writing all types of documents: End-user Documents, Technical Documents, Marketing Documents and Proposals.

- Possess experience in writing Product based documents, technical documents.

- Good Knowledge of Documentation Development Life Cycle (DDLC).

- Experience and knowledge of online help, user manuals, course materials, research papers and training plans.

Experience / Education:

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree with a good command over the English language.
