Key Responsibilities:
Product Training and Documentation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product training programs for internal teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation to support sales efforts and enhance customer comprehension.
Sales Team Support:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to deliver technical training sessions and provide ongoing support to address customer inquiries and challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of product marketing literature, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and regulatory requirements.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Lead the strategic oversight of the entire lifecycle of oncology products, from conception and development to launch, growth, and potential discontinuation.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor movements, and regulatory changes, adapting product strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research within the oncology pharmaceutical domain to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and uncover emerging trends.
- Utilize customer feedback and needs analysis to drive product development initiatives and refine marketing strategies.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to our oncology product portfolio, with clear objectives for revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Product Positioning and Branding:
- Define and execute precise product positioning, messaging, and branding strategies to differentiate Symbion Life Science's oncology products in the market.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to craft compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and documentation to facilitate product approval processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, focus on oncology products is cherry on the top.
- Profound understanding of the oncology market, encompassing current trends, treatment paradigms, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional analytical prowess, strategic planning capabilities, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
