Symbiance - Global Marketing Head (10-12 yrs)
Symbiance, a leading global Life Science company is looking for Global Head of Marketing who will lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.
He/She will establish and manage our marketing department in ways that promote values and competitiveness of our products and services.
Good experience in marketing services in life sciences businesses is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting strategies for marketing our life sciences products and services of Drug safety, Biostatistics, Clinical Data Management, and Regulatory Affairs etc
- Develops and execute plans for social media, digital, advertising, and mass communications
- Develops the core messaging, collateral and market positioning of the organisation and services to articulate, amplify the value and differentiation of our propositions
- Create strategies for all marketing plans, including Digital/offline, Advertising, ATL/TTL/BTL, Communications
- Set, monitor and report on marketing goals
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Developing and maintaining the relationship with vendors like Marketing Agency, Press, Media Agency, Creative agency etc
Qualifications & skills required:
- 10-12 years of Global Marketing experience.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent master's degree
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Having Healthcare/Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
- Worked with global markets is highly desirable
- Experience with CRM software
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- Attention to detail in verifying data reliability, reporting and system integrations
- Proven ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams acro6+ss various geographies
