SYMB Technologies - Intern - Marketing (0-1 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts and gain hands-on experience in the tech service industry. The intern will assist in various tasks including social media management, content creation, market research, and campaign analytics.
This role will provide an opportunity to learn about marketing strategies and contribute to real projects while working closely with the marketing team.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Required Skills :
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
1. Content Creation :
- Assist in developing blog posts, newsletters, and social media content.
- Support the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
2. Social Media Management :
- Schedule and manage social media posts across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and growth metrics, and suggest strategies to increase followers and engagement.
3. Market Research :
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations based on research findings.
4. Campaign Support :
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
5. SEO and SEM :
- Collaborate on SEO efforts, including keyword research and website optimization.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
6. Data Entry and CRM Management :
- Help maintain and update customer databases, CRM, and marketing tools.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing data for reporting purposes.
