SYMB Technologies - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
We are looking for a smart, agile & reliable executive to help us grow our company.
Responsibilities :
1) Primary responsibility would be to generate leads for the organization by the execution of planned activities for business development.
2) Shall work as company's representative for client interaction, prepare case studies, presentations, periodic sales report for business growth analysis
3) Deliver innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase profitability in assigned territory
4) To suggest the management about required inputs in order to increase the walk-ins
5) Maintain client's database, daily MIS, monthly sales and market survey reports
6) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
7) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
8) Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
9) Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
10) Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
11) Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
12) Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
13) Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
14) Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
15) - Go the extra mile- to drive sales
Requirements :
1) Excellent communication skills & proficiency to speak & write in English
2) Knowledge of presentation & document creation tools like MS Word, MS Powerpoint & Google Docs
3) Should understand how to create customized collaterals/case studies/presentations/SOWs for prospects and clients
4) Proven experience as a sales executive/leader
5) Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
6) Fast learner and passion for sales
7) Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
8) A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
9) Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
10) Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
11) Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
