Sylvn Studio - Sales Professional (3-8 yrs)
Sylvn Studio India's only design label where we combine "love for art and love for the earth" by making beautiful products out of used and recycled materials. We design handcrafted home decor products by using very high quality, handpicked recycled corrugated cardboard which is as strong as wood and as unique and rare to find such rare designs. We possess reputation and distinctive image which has been consistently developing across an expanding number of products, brands and markets.
Purpose and Scope: The candidate should have excellent communication and relationship skills to engage meaningfully with customers and other stakeholders as well.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling Architects, Interior Designer, and Corporate Clients
- Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
- Maintains rapport with key customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; resolving problems.
- Open business development dialogs with strategic customers. Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Responsible for generating new leads and identifying new prospects.
- Managing the complete sales process, right from identifying a business opportunity to making a presentation, negotiating, and servicing.
- Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on individual needs of potential clients.
- Should have team handling experience.
- Self-driven with eagerness to deliver sales & revenue target
Desired Experience & qualification :
- Experience in opportunity qualification, account management, account development, and working with sales targets
- Focused and possess sales mindset
- Analytical frame of mind & a go-getter attitude
- Excellent relationship, presentation and communication skills
- Has worked previously for sales in luxury home products and understands how to sell art.
- 3 to 8 years of work experience is preferred
