Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Swivt Technologies, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the IT product segment. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and promoting our innovative IT solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking and other lead generation activities.
Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our IT products to potential customers.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing inquires and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
Market intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
Customer Enagement : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post sales support and fostering customer advocacy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in IT product sales with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
- Result oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Result oriented and time management skills is must.
