We're hiring passionate Enterprise Sales Interns, with an option to convert into a full-time role in Enterprise Sales. If you're passionate about connecting with people, learning, and pitching products, and eager to learn the ins and outs of enterprise sales, Swish Club has the perfect opportunity for you. This is a high ownership, high impact role where you would have first hand learning about Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build Leads Pipeline: Conduct outbound calls, emails & LinkedIn messages with potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Pitch & Take Feedback: Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services to prospective customers, and take their feedback.
- Engage: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Target: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Learn CRM: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Build Relationship: Build relationships with prospective client, and address client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
Requirements :
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Currently in the final year of undergrad or in post-grad. Students pursuing Master's in Business, Marketing or sales is a plus.
- Grit: Passionate about sales, and ability to stay motivated during rejection.
- Prior Experience: Prior internship experience in sales or using CRM software is a plus.
- Location: This is an in-office internship, if you are from Bangalore, it's a plus.
- Duration: 3 to 6 Months (with a full-time role opportunity)
- Stipend: 20,000 to - 30,000 per month
- Location: Onsite, HSR Layout, Bangalore
- Timing: 11am - 8pm
