Job Description

Areas of Responsibility Indicative Activities

- Content Creation & Delivery Conceive, draft, proofread, and edit written materials such as SOPs, infographics, case studies, blog posts, and whitepapers.

- Analyze and communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and creative manner to ensure easy understanding across different teams and stakeholders.

- Monitor content performance (effectiveness and relevance) across multiple channels and provide actionable insights for improvement.

- Ensure the content is aligned with the organization's strategic goals, role-specific competencies, and evolving industry trends.

- Ensure that training content reflects company policies, industry standards, and compliance requirements where applicable.

- Project/Process Improvement Initiatives Identify opportunities for improving content processes and training initiatives, focusing on increasing engagement, efficiency, and effectiveness.

- Implement process enhancements to improve the content creation cycle and content delivery across teams.

- Provide ongoing updates to training materials in response to new processes, tools, or regulatory requirements.

- Collect feedback and continuosly improve content

- Collaboration with Stakeholders Work with the trainng team to ensure training materials are accessible, inclusive, and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Collaborate with trainers and facilitators to ensure they have the necessary content and resources to deliver training effectively

- Work closely with HR to integrate training into employee development and performance programs.

Job Specification

Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree in any stream

Additional Certifications (If applicable) :

Experience: 4-6 yrs. In content development roles

Technical Competencies Functional Competencies

1) Proficient in content design and basic computer skills Creativity

2) Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) Collaboration

3) Ability to develop and implement methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Adaptability and attention to details
