Sales Specialist
- At SwiftSku, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic sales representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will close sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities :
- Cold calling convenience store owners based in the USA.
- Majority of these owners will be native Gujarati so it's important you can communicate in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the sales team to reach out to independent convenience store owners in the United States.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Take and process orders.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Requirements :
- At least 2 or more years of outbound cold calling sales experience.
- Experience selling to international clients.
- Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English. This is a dealbreaker.
- Experience meeting sales quota over the phone.
- Knowledge of relevant computer programmes (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Prior experience in the following technologies will be preferred - Salesforce, RingDNA.
Other Information :
Incentives : You can easily earn 50% of your salary in incentives in addition to your fixed salary.
- 100% remote / work from home.
- Night Shift timings : 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST. Monday to Friday.
