Swift Solutions - Senior Manager - Business Development (6-10 yrs)
- Candidates with IT/Software Sales experience.
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for assisting the sales team in penetrating strategic accounts by identifying business pains, decision makers, budget, time frame and scheduling sales appointments with qualified prospects.
- Prospect into named target industry accounts and build sales pipeline to drive early stages of the sales cycle.
- Successfully track & develop leads till they are sales-ready, build relationships with prospects and help improve lead to opportunity conversion rates.
- Describes competitive advantages of our product & services in the market and how these translate to Customers benefits.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Translates Customers current and future problems into solutions available through Segments services.
- Pre sales (Proposals, Quotes, Emailes, Brochures etc), Negotiation & Closing.
- Develop account business plans for strategic enterprise and commercial accounts to promote software, services and training.
- Responsible for Client Acquisition and Lead Generation
- Has consistently met sales targets.
- Proficient In English.
- Best Presentation Skills.
- Strong in Sales and Business Development.
- Will get an Opportunity to build the Business Development Department from Scratch.
