Swift Solutions - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-9 yrs)
1) Engage in digital marketing strategy for swift clients. areas of focus will include overall digital content management, keyword research, search engine optimization (seo), analyzing web analytics, and all social media strategies & online outreach programs.
2) Online customer engagement & brand management.
3) Assist in drafting both creative and contextual communication for marketing activities.
4) Take overall responsibility of the entire digital marketing communication of clients through all of its digital channels, such as: Website, Social Media Platforms, and E - Mail & mobile based platforms.
5) Budget planning
6) Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
7) Create SEO Strategy PPC, Google Shopping and any other campaign
8) Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages. Recommend and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific.
9) Writing: Social media managers will need to know how to write effective copy in a lot of different styles, for websites,
twitter, Facebook, etc. Knowledge of writing for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is also needed.
10 ) Research: Social media managers need to know what is happening in the fast changing world of social and digital
media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being use.
11) Problem-Solving: Social media managers figure out how to best communicate a company's message on different platforms, and sometimes might need to convey sensitive issues or deal with angry customers.
12) Organization: There are many different platforms, and new ones are being developed all the time. How you communicate on each, determining audience, and measuring tactics all take organization.
13) Interpersonal Skills: Even through writing, social media managers are a direct connection between a company and the public. Being friendly and approachable online will help.
14) Technical Skills: Social media managers work almost exclusively through computers. Understanding computers, SEO, internet access and being tech savvy is necessary.
