Swar Yantra - Business Development Specialist (2-4 yrs)
We, at Swar Yantra Technologies (www.swaryantra.com), are building a state-of-art recruitment (SaaS) solution to transform the recruitment industry using AI/ML, Java, Python React, NLP, and speech technologies. Swar Yantra Technologies is a product and services start-up based out of Faridabad and has built multiple applications in HR, Marketing, Recruitment, and Pharma domains.
For our state-of-art recruitment product, we are looking for a sales executive having 2+ years of experience in digital/social sales for SaaS/IT products in the national/international market. As part of your responsibilities, you need to interact with prospects and effectively explain our product/services' value for their businesses. Apart from that you should be willing to contribute to the organization in other areas like recruitment, sales, IT, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Pre-sales activities like contacting potential leads/prospects
- Engage leads/prospects to explain our product and help them in their trails
- Coordinate with clients, understand and document their needs
- Understand and test solutions before delivering them to clients
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve bugs or discrepancies
- Help the organization in other business activities like recruitment, IT, etc.
- Coach other team members in sales/digital marketing.
We are looking for
- Graduate or postgraduate having 2+ years experience in digital/social sales for SaaS/IT product start-up.
- Willing to learn quickly from any source and experiment with whatever she had learned.
- Innovative and critical thinker while solving any business problem
- Passion for providing solutions
- Good or innovative writing skills are a big advantage
- Prior experience in a SaaS company is a huge plus
