Role Description :
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at SWAN PAINT & VARNISH WORKS Throughout India and Mainly West Bengal, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing customer accounts, negotiating sales contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting paint products, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Sales Experience, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Product Knowledge in paint and coatings industry
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
