Swageazy - Key Account Manager - Sales (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
As a key Account Manager , you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving individual sales targets through outbound and inbound strategies. This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in outbound sales. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities :
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of clients.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of self-service solutions to business users.
- Track and manage opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the sales pipeline.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Match customer business goals with appropriate self-service solutions.
- Demonstrate how these solutions deliver tangible value to the customer.
- Evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- Create detailed account and customer opportunity plans.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate Resources for Pre-sales and Post-sales Activities:
- Ensure all pre-sales, installation, and service activities are completed on time.
- Maintain superior quality in all customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Maintain a High Degree of Customer Orientation:
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
- Own and resolve customer issues, leveraging internal systems for effective problem-solving.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' of relevant work experience OR fresher with Post Graduation Program/MBA Degree.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Female Candidates will be preferred for this role.
