Swadha Energies - Manager - Sales (6-10 yrs)
Essential Functions
- Meeting with clients regarding product sales and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;recommending profit and service improvements.
- Ability to close the sales deals.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Ability to sell HVAC products to the customers
Qualification & Experience :
- A management degree in Marketing, or an engineering degree with prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of prior experience in sales
Essential Knowledge and Skills :
- Skills to manage and develop promotion and sales campaigns. Maximizing the sales of each new product.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess a strong sales knowledge and Presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
Salary structure :
The management will be providing 20-25% hike for the right candidate. And his salary structure will be 60% fixed and 40% variable.
