Swadha Energies - Manager - Marketing (7-10 yrs)
Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth through exploration of better & newer avenues to reach Swadha's target market. The role requires creating efficient and effective marketing plans to reach potential customers, identify new markets, track competition, and work closely with the team to improve the overall customer engagement experience. He / she will interact with the top management team at Swadha to ensure superior support levels in all marketing-related activities
Essential Functions / Job Duties
- Develop marketing plan in consultation with top management and sales team with actionable plans.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies through social media, industry forums, blogs and other online medium.
- Execute marketing plans through regular proactive interaction with the team, and existing and prospective clients
- Build strategy to create client loyalty, gain repeat business and attract new business.
- Actively monitor and engage with the sales & technical team to execute plans in line with the market requirement
- Participate in the analysis and development of long-term growth strategy which reflects market inputs, Swadha's capabilities, and market requirement.
Qualification :
A management degree in Marketing, or an engineering degree with prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred
Essential knowledge,Skills and abilities :
- Prior experience in sales / marketing / PR / digital marketing OR experience in any of the following sectors: HVAC, Energy - models, Esco, green buildings or smart buildings; techno-commercial of HVAC will be a plus
- Knowledge and ability to communicate information & ideas in written and visual formats. Prior experience of working on - Adode illustrator or any other tools to create marketing collateral is highly desirable
- Knowledge of social media analytical tools, media buying and promotional activities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication capabilities and ability to establish strong business relationships
- Business acumen to understand market requirement and offer actionable and deliverable marketing solutions.
- Superior communication and writing skills
- Self-starter & ability to work in a diverse team
