Executive - Techno Marketing

Marketing Executive:

We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate who is ready to take up a challenging role in the field of marketing and communications. The candidate will have to come up with various online and offline marketing initiatives to endorse our innovative product to the target market. The candidate should be able to come up with strategies to attract new clients and create stronger bonds with past and existing clients.

Job Description:

- The ideal candidate will have a good prowess and fluency in English.

- The main tasks would include content writing, creation of marketing collaterals and coordinating with marketing agencies for creation of blogs/videos and marketing whitepapers.

- A high level of technical understanding will be necessary and you should be amenable to a steep learning curve is mandatory since it is a highly technical product involving mechanical and electrical concepts.

- As a start-up, your role may be fluid and depending on the level of curiosity, interest and comfort level to learn and take on new challenges, additional roles and responsibilities may be given in the future including Business Analysis, Customer facing roles, Event Handling etc.

- You will have the opportunity to conceptualise and create entire marketing documentation from scratch for industry leading and cutting-edge technology with a leading and proactive team.

Your roles would include :

1. Ideate and strategize on marketing initiatives across various social media platforms and offline methods.

- Manage digital marketing campaigns - social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook and to post a creative content on social media.

2. To design, develop & maintain a range of marketing collaterals (video, brochure, PPT, corporate profile etc) of our company.

3. Maintain the company website and regular coordinate. Write and optimize content for website websites/flyers etc.

4. To design concepts for online deliveries such as info graphic, press releases, article/blog, newsletter, case studies etc. To handle company portfolio online and offline

5. To do niche market research on competitors and existing customers

6. To interact with various teams in the organization and oversee creation of the right content that will be used for all marketing activities

7. To plan and implement a variety of online lead generation tasks in conjunction with the Team Leader to increase the Lead funnel

8. Maintain Relationship with PR agency / press / press releases

9. To work with various agencies to nominate and apply for awards & recognition for our company.

10. To maintain customer database and run email marketing.

11. Network with prospective clients at conferences and other touch points.

OTHER SKILLS :

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent email writing skills.

2. Should be a creative person possessing creative skills.

3. Should be a Professional in Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation skills and Office skills

4. Should have strong aptitude to understand technical details involved in our product & solutions

5. Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends). Understanding of Email marketing tools like MailChimp, Sendy

6. Experience in handling external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.

7. Hands on experience to work on HTML & WordPress.

8. Experience in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDraw /HTML / CSS etc. would be a definite advantage for the right candidate.

9. SEO and Wordpress/Joomla / Drupal Website Handling Skills would be a big plus.

EXPERIENCE - 2 Years in Marketing and or content writing role.

Qualification - B. Tech/ B.E. in Electrical/Computer /Mechanical or related fields.

Degrees in Visual Communication or Media may also apply with related experience.

Other relevant educational degrees are also acceptable, given relevant work experience
