SVR Group United - Manager - Business Development (10-12 yrs)
- Develop and maintain sales Funnel to generate pipeline of leads, nurture leads to convert them and track progress metrics.
- Understand market and digital landscape requirements to develop successful communication.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies for our company's current and future products.
- Write business proposals, arrange meetings, create tailored solution for each client and close deals.
- Assist in determining product pricing and revenue models.
- Lead generation & sales of digital marketing offerings.
- Visit the potential clients and engage them with a consultative selling approach.
- Assign and Review team members- daily tasks.
- Manage all the team members and synchronize with the senior management, technology team and digital marketing teams.
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and leveraging on existing network.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Identify client needs and suggest additional appropriate products and services.
- Basic level of understanding of emerging technologies like blockchain, IoT, etc. will be appreciated.
- Experience in CRM tools for managing potential and existing customers.
- Understand the Various Use Cases and applications of Emerging Technology in Industries like Government, Education, Supply chain, Pharma, Identity Industry, Agriculture, Health Care, and Insurance.
- Knowledge about digital marketing, SEO/SEM and analytics will be an add on.
- Content and social media marketing will be an add on.
- Content creation and BDA for forums like INC42, Startup India and other relevant platforms.
- Experience: 10+ years of proven Sales / Business Development experience
