Sventl - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
SVENTL is hiring for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve target.
- Prospecting calls, appointments, presentations and proposals
- Making sales calls and presentations to introduce our range of services (professional consultancy, engineering, outsourcing ), and make recommendations and proposals that meet client requirements.
- Identify and develop new markets.
- You will be involved in sourcing for suitable candidates in accordance to clients needs and requirements
- You will also be involved in general administration
Requirements :
- Masters/Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering.
- Knowledge in Semiconductors, Micro-electronics and embedded system.
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in sales
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
- Able to adapt fast and be flexible to environmental work culture and condition
- Aggressive, self-motivated, result-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
- The successful candidate can expect an attractive remuneration package, depending upon qualifications and experience
