Svami - Key Accounts Manager (5-8 yrs)
We are looking to hire a Key Accounts Manager / Sr. Sales Manager who will define the relationship between Svami and the consumers and will define individual approach of sales personnel to specific consumers in order to create strong and lasting relationship with key clients. Main objective is to manage key accounts in order to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies of these accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Strive to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Maintain and update sales funnel and initiate sales reviews in conjugation with senior sales executives.
- Ensuring profitable sales volumes and strategic objective targets.
- Implement sales strategies that lead to high consumer satisfaction.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Managing & Maintaining chain accounts.
- Building teams under each vertical of sales as and when required.
- Maintaining alliance with existing distributors and setting up new associations.
- Provide strategic marketing insights to the marketing team to enough brand visibility & uptake. These include channel partnerships, events and trade related tie-ups.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Key Accounts Manager or Sales Manager
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrate ability to process raw consumer information and data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent team management skills
