Job Description:
1. Heading Sales with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure top line and bottom line profitability for Hyderabad centre(Ensure occupancy)
2. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
3. Hire and manage team and drive business growth & continuity
4. Consistently innovate & execute to ensure greater penetration of SuVitas into the market.
5. Reviewing and interpreting competition after in-depth analysis of market information for providing inputs to modify / restructure sales strategies.
6. Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
7. Establishes and adjusts selling packages by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
8. Responsible for brand awareness, PR partnership, digital marketing,& marketing collaterals
9. Owns rewards and recognition piece of the organisation
10. Ensures CRM & technology usage.
11. Responsible for product innovation.
