SutiExpense - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with potential clients and partners. They will work closely with the Senior Management team to implement business development initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and partners.
- Lead sales pitches, negotiations, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to potential clients' needs.
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to business development.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline, and provide regular updates to senior management on progress against targets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
