Sutherland - Executive - Demand Generation/Inside Sales/Business Development (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
1. Market Research :
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer behaviours, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
2. Competitive Intelligence :
- Gather intelligence on competitors' products, market strategies, and market positioning.
- Track and report on competitor activities, strengths, weaknesses, and market share.
- Provide insights to the sales team on how to differentiate and position our products/services effectively.
3. Prospect Profiling :
- Build detailed profiles of potential clients, including their business objectives, pain points, and needs.
- Create comprehensive dossiers on key contacts within target organizations, facilitating personalized outreach.
4. Data Analysis :
- Analyze sales data, and feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize sales performance and track progress.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support sales.
- Source intent, intelligence for demand generation messaging and value propositions tailored to different client segments.
5. Demand Gen/Inside Sales/Sales Support :
- Collaborate with the sales and DG team in supporting to drive effective outreach strategies and tactics.
- Provide intelligence required into the development of Inside sales/DG/sales campaigns and initiatives based on research findings.
6. CRM Management :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect and client information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in tracking sales activities.
- Participate in sales meetings to share research findings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the industry or market being targeted is a plus
