Job description :
- Work with different business teams on customer service and customer experience journeys
- Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services
- Follow Up to ensure proper resolution are taken on Customer's requests
- Follow up with various departments for to resolved customer complaints
- Maintains customer records by updating account information/ on call notes
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Competencies and Skills Required :
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Good communications skills
