1. Generating new business through Direct Sales for Suryaa Divine Home projects.

2. Meeting sales targets-Generating of revenue through direct sales.

3. Strategizing and planning activities so as to achieve the sales target decided by the management.

4. Development & Mentoring of Sales Team

5. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets

6. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

7. Report on sales activities to top management

8. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

9. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

10. Developing sales strategies and setting targets

11. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets, Compiling and analyzing sales figures

12. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

13. Keeping up to date with products and competitors

14. Generating regular Sales / Business reports

15. Direct Approach to corporate, mallets, activities & lead generation methods.

16. Responsible for Team Activities, Lead Generation Client visit, meeting arrangements to HNI Clients & High profile clients, Train & develop the Sales Executive.
