Survey Analyst - B2B Research - IT/BPO (2-5 yrs)
Description :
- The survey Analyst helps in designing questionnaire and programming surveys to ensure accomplishment of designed research objective. This position will involve doing multiple research projects concurrently, utilizing a variety of research methodologies/ approaches (e.g., panel based surveys, on-device based surveys).
- The successful candidate will have sufficient experience in conducting B2B primary research (mostly related to outsourcing industry) with excellent questionnaire design knowledge and an ability to understand, conduct and communicate a range of complex design issues.
Responsibilities :
The B2B survey Analyst works as part of a research team, with a strong emphasis on collaborating with others in all aspects of the job.
TheB2B survey Analyst is expected to:
- Design questionnaires in line with different research objectives.
- Design,code and manage B2B survey research projects in tools like Qualtrix, Web conveyor or Survey Monkey
- Manage multiple research projects concurrently, utilizing a variety of research methodologies/ approaches (ex., panel based surveys, on-device based surveys)
- Communicate and anticipate challenges related to survey design, fielding/data collection, and project deliverables
- Develop and write primary quantitative survey instruments in order to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate with partners/ technical team for survey design
- Ability for data processing using Excel, SPSS or Wincross along with advanced quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/ advanced formulae)
- Good analytics skills & Strong report writing skills
- Experience & Exposure to secondary research methodologies.
- Develop expertise and understanding of outsourcing, IT & BPO industry.
Requirements :
- Two to four years of experience in B2B primary research with ability to manage projects from start to finish independently
- Excellent questionnaire design knowledge with an ability to understand, conduct and communicate a range of complex design issues.
- Experience in an online environment/ using online methodologies is required
- Reasonable Background and Knowledge of IT/BPO industry
- Strong attention to detail and Excel savvy - Advanced Quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/ advanced formulae) and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Good writing, communication and presentation skills
- The ability to extract meaningful information from the survey data and to formulate a point of view based it; analyzing available data and filling gaps with secondary research Intellectually curious; a catalyst for innovative solutions-based thinking; self-starter and a team player and ability to work with ambiguity.
- Graduate/ Post Graduates from premier academic institutes. MBA preferred.
