Surgeway Biosciences - International Business Development Executive (1-2 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulating sales reports, records, presentations and documents, and presenting them before international clients
- Attending staff conferences to provide management with information concerning the promotion, distribution, and design of company products
- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows in India and abroad
- Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure profitability of products
- Developing pricing strategies
- Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits
- Gathering data on competitors and analyzing prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Develop the organizational structure to meet forecasted volumes over the consecutive years. Out of the box thinking is a definite add-on
- To ensure that product is available to the customer at the required quality and delivery date, whilst optimizing the operational costs
- Implement new culture & programs that lead to the improvement of the institution and of the individual
- Management of communications with local international distributors
- Management of customer complaints related to product quality issues
- Development of long term plans and budgets to achieve the set goals and objectives
- Manage the company's commercial operations including various expenses and budgets.
- Prepare Quotations and Purchase Orders
- Drafting emails and sending them to the clients for updates
- New Distributor- s- research, sending initial emails, calling and fixing appointments.
- Managing campaigns on social media
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Adhere to the role, and meet the requirements of the key performance indicators (KPI) of the institution
- Administering and overseeing the different elements of active merchandising strategies
Eligibility:
- MBA/ Bachelor in Pharmacy/ Bachelor in Science
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Appreciation of the reputation of the industry and an understanding of how to protect the company's reputation
- Collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Displays sensitivity to manage distributor relationships and ability to build collaborative working relationships with colleagues and associates both within and external to the organization
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Should be very comfortable with using Computers-Office (Word and excel), internet and emailing, as well as Google & other search engines.
