Job Description:
- Achieve monthly target Category wise
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Keep record of daily calls of Sales Representatives (Total Call (TC) /Productive Call (PC)/Booking)
- Give feedback to all Sales Representatives on quantity and quality of calls and ensure improvement
- Monitoring your team's performance
- Track each distributor's monthly sales and stock.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Recommending and executing effective sales promotion strategy
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior management

Experience:
Experience as a Medical Representative for 3-5 years + Atleast 1 year of experience as an Area Sales Manager (Total of atleast 4-6 years of experience).
