Job Role- Tellecaller
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Conduct in outbound calls to prospective customers to identify potential leads and gather essential information.
Product/Service Introduction : Clearly and effectively introduce our company's software or services to potential customers.
Pitching : Deliver a compelling sales pitch to create interest and engage potential customers in a meaningful conversation.
Qualification : Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow-up : Regularly follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest but not yet committed.
Feedback and Reporting : Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management to refine and improve the sales strategy.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new information and adjust your pitch as needed.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Students pursuing graduation or finding on the job training can apply.
