Title: Technical Support Executive

SurePass Technologies has launched a first-of-its-kind check-in service that allows on-ground businesses such as hotels, banks, residential/corporate buildings to onboard and manage customers/visitors by verifying their ID credentials in real-time. SurePass Technologies' API can authenticate and digitally store a customer/visitor's Aadhar card, driver's license, voter ID, and PAN for your compliance or security needs.
Position: Technical Support Executive
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our software products and stay updated on new features and updates.
- Effectively communicate product features, functionalities, and best practices to customers.
2. Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and analyze customer-reported issues, working closely with the development team to identify and implement solutions.
- Document and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of software development and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
