Job role - Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities :

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales revenue.

2. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential prospects.

3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate target markets and industries.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and meetings.

5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.

8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis, tracking progress against targets.

9. Stay updated with industry news, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

10. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a business development role.

3. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

6. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

7. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.

8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

9. Prior experience in the [industry/sector] is a plus.
