Job Description :

- 5+ years of proven experience in selling software services related to JAVA/Liferay/Alfresco/Odoo

- Outstanding track record of hitting sales targets and meeting revenue expectations

- Understands knowhow of Software Sales (Technologies like JAVA, ERP/CRM, Mobile Applications, QA) and ability to build and drive a team to achieve Individual and Team Targets

- Must have a technical understanding of JAVA, Python technologies and various content management systems

- Excellent skills on identifying new market segments and understanding market dynamic

- Excellent skills in building and maintaining customer relationship

- Creating sales pitches

- Negotiating sales contracts

- Ensure high customer satisfaction

- Expert in managing escalation

- Superb ability in converting qualified leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

- Proficiency in identifying client needs and convert into the business through excellent communication and negotiation

- Experience in building technology partnerships with giants like AWS. Azure, Odoo to increase the brand value

- Experience in using various sales automation and reporting tools a plus

- Proven mentor and trainer that helps team members develop their sales skills
