Job Description of Business Development Manager -smart Classroom Solution ( Ed-Tech) - at Noida
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales for Smart Classroom Solution through our channel partners, dealers, and distributors across PAN India. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring the growth and development of our business through effective partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop sales strategies to grow business through channel partners (dealers/distributors).
- Cold calling and inside sales to generate leads.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
2. Channel Partner Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Train and support partners to improve sales performance.
3. Lead Generation & Market Research :
- Research and analyze market opportunities for smart classroom solutions.
- Engage in cold calling, emails, and online meetings for lead generation.
4. Reporting & Sales Tracking :
- Track sales progress, report outcomes, and achieve targets.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and product knowledge.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
Experience :
- At least 2 years in business development (preferably in education tech or smart classroom solutions).
- Track record of successful channel sales and relationship building.
Skills :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
Other Attributes :
- Self-driven with the ability to manage priorities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Compensation :
- Base Salary: Competitive base salary depending on experience .
- Incentives: Performance- based incentives, commissions based on targets.
- Additional Benefits: Travel allowance (if applicable) for on-site visits to channel partners and distributors.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, and building relationships through inside sales.
- Understanding of the Indian education market and current trends in digital learning.
Our Corporate Office- B-68, B Block, Sector 65, Noida, UP (Nearby to Noida Sector 62 Metro)
So, the candidate must be residing or willing to relocate at a nearby location.
Some Other Important Information -
(1) Week off on Sunday, 2nd & 4th Saturday.
(2) No Work From Home
(3) Office hours- 10 Am to 6:30 Pm
(4) Expected Start Date : Immediate
