Job Title / Designation: Support Executive
Job Description:
- Place orders on all exchanges as requested by clients over the phone.
- Respond to customer requests by phone and/or email.
- Provide technical support to clients with relation to the trading software.
- Maintain the company's quality standard while responding to client queries.
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain discipline in adhering to work timings set by the organization.
- Continue to stay updated on markets and related news. Be informed.
- Give the clients facts about what has happened in the markets, do not give tips on what can happen.
- Assist in the implementation of company growth plans as needed.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships and sourcing referrals.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be self-motivated and have knowledge about the financial industry.
- Should listen to the customer requirements and perform the task at hand appropriately.
- Should be attentive and responsible while executing client orders.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Must be a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Must demonstrate traits of being in the service industry.
- Ability to work independently.

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate in any stream. Candidates having NCFM Certifications will be preferred.
No of rounds of Interviews: 3 rounds of interview.
Languages: English / Hindi / Local Language.
