Support Direct - Telesales/Telecalling Role (1-2 yrs)
Job Purpose :
A call center executive is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day and so good communication skills are a must. He/she must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow-up calls he/she has to do in order to meet targets.
Accountabilities :
- The candidate will be a part of the company's sales team
- Telesales executives will have to meet the set targets and strategies by their team supervisor
- The candidate will be tasked with acquiring customers
- Keep records of calls, sales and useful information.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
QUALIFICATION :
- Any Graduate

Budget : 15k max + Incentives
Shift : 11 am - 8 pm shift and it will be 6 days working with 1 weekly off (on any weekday)
