Superx Growth Hacker - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
Business Development Responsibilities :
- Responsible for new business development via prospecting high value target accounts, qualifying the customer needs and closing the sales
- Work closely with New or existing prospects to build pipeline, close deals & achieve the set revenue targets.
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Make efficient use of business-to-business referrals, leveraging existing relationships to cement new opportunities.
When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include :
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings as per targets.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include :
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Proven experience minimum 2 years to 5 years in sales/ Business development in selling Digital marketing solutions & services to small, medium & large companies in India.
- Experience in account management with up sell / cross sell skills.
- Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques.
- Customer-driven with an adaptable and versatile approach to finding solutions.
- Strong interest in technology.
- History of consistently meeting (and often exceeding) sales goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong references from previous managers/supervisors- Experience in building contact database.
- Somebody who, customers will not hesitate to call when they are in problem or call you because they love to talk to you.
