Supervisor - Store Sales (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- To Ensure that the stocks are properly merchandise base on standard across all Key Accounts including their respective number of doors in your territory
- Monitor and evaluate the RPS compliance of each outlet/door and make necessary display improvement
- Provide feedback to your ADM pertaining to competitor's activity in your area of responsibility
- Responsible for deploying Promoter to specific stores with time schedule
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Promoter in your territory
- Recommend to your ADM in store programs that are viable in the market
