Job Description :
1. Proactive and inquisitive candidate required with clear and precise communication, written and oral skills
2. Functional knowledge of using CRM solution, of software testing and of MS Excel, and market knowledge of US Wireless and Telecom domain
3. Domain knowledge of US Customer Service
4. Analytical skills are also required with an eye for detail
5. Job requires the candidate to be assertive or influence people, probe for responses and empathize with customers
6. Team Building - Ability to coach, connect and motivate team members
7. AI Orientation is a must for any candidate
8. Communicate with client customers via chat or voice call to help resolve the issues being faced. Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company's internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders
9. Access the company's internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
10. Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments
11.Maintain customer records by updating account information
12. Manage team expectations and project SLAs
13. Monitor knowledge sharing and retention within the team
14. Coordinate with senior management and present project status by performing analytics on project data-
