Supertech Limited - Project Sales Head (8-16 yrs)
Analytics : The Project Sales Head also plays an analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to management.
Industry Participation : The Project Sales Head also has a duty to represent the business beyond the sales department.
Relationship : The Project Sales Head also has a responsibility in the development and maintenance of relationships on behalf of the sales department and the business as a whole.
Knowledge and Opportunity : The Project Sales Head also has a duty to identify and develop new market opportunities for the business.
Collaboration : The Project Sales Head also plays a collaborative role, partnering up with the finance department to ensure availability of sufficient funds for the sales department in order to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure leads/ enquiries are handled through various sources designed by the Company and other activities.
- Provide market research and analysis for existing and upcoming real estate development.
- Keep update of existing and new Laws related to property dealing and real estate Market.
- Go for meetings and inspections with clients with subordinates when required.
- Take Reports on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.
- Ensure team achieves Monthly / Annual Business targets.
- Help in closing deals and recoverys whenever required by team.
- The Project Sales Head also performs other duties as are necessary in the execution of his duties and any other duties delegated by the Head.
