1. Target market will include corporate, brokers. Doing inspections, negotiations and documentation.
2. Establishing business contacts and relationships with retail brands,corporate.
3. Co-ordinate with various departments like Legal, Planning and Civil Engineering for timely execution of leasing of malls & other commercial properties.
4. Planning sales activities, Targets & analyzing competition by accessing & reviewing strategies.
