Job summary:

At SuperProcure we are on the look out for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager - Enterprise Sales (SaaS) to spearhead our sales efforts.. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, exceptional team management skills, and the ability to close high-value deals. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Target ICP for the role : Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction Companies with turnover of Rs.500+crores in India.

- Spearhead efforts to significantly boost and drive the revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Identify opportunities, expand market share, and ensure the organization consistently achieves year-over-year ARR growth.

- Build, mentor, and empower a high performing sales team. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration ensuring every team member thrives and delivers their best.

- Craft and execute innovative strategies that position SuperProcure as the go-to solution for enterprise clients. Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge

- Deliver dynamic and tailored presentations and demos that showcase the transformative power of SuperProcure's solutions to resonate with client needs and challenges.

- Create impactful training initiatives that enhance the skills and performance of sales representatives.

- Analyze latest marketing trends and lead the Strategic discussions with customers, aligning SuperProcure's offerings with their long-term business goals and positioning our solutions as integral to their success.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education - Engineering Degree. MBA would be an advantage.

- 10-15 years of experience in software sales to enterprises, preferably SaaS Product.

- Must have previous experience in handling a team.

- Proven ability to drive revenue and track record of achieving 100% targets consistently.

- Experience in selling complex solutions with a consultative sales approach. Deal size ranging from Rs.20lac to Rs.300lacs.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that influence decision-making at the executive level.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude and a passion for success.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Previous experience in software sales for Logistic, ERP, TMS, SaaS products? Bonus points! Your knowledge adds that extra oomph to our dynamic team.
